SMB Account Representative – Cyber Security Sales

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage, develop, expand and grow a national territory, selling across our entire BlackBerry Cylance product portfolio!
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts into companies that have less than 1,000 employees that are within an assigned geographic territory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major customer communication leading all aspects of additional interactions with BlackBerry Cylance /Alliance partner resources (e.g., support).
- Conduct online company presentations and product demonstrations to new prospects and existing clients.
- Be responsible for selling additional services and products within an assigned account module.
- Research new business opportunities and generate leads to grow revenue.
- Manage strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
- Effectively demonstrate programs, tools, processes and events to drive and close the sale.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Driven, upbeat the glass is half full, ready to build, sell and BE the face of the BlackBerry Cylance AI-powered unified endpoint security product solution that fosters BlackBerry's leadership in AI!
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ software sales experience minimum with recent focus in direct product software sales. Security software experience is a huge plus!
- A minimum of 2 years carrying an independent quota.
- Track record of achieving quota coupled with experience building business with partners from an inside sales position.
- Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort; possibly up to 20% travel in the future.
