Location: Remote or Waco, TX
Reports to: VP of Growth
Position Summary
As an SMB Sales Representative at AxisCare, you’ll play a key role in driving new business within the small to mid-sized market (SMB). You will work with prospective clients to understand their needs and positionÂ
AxisCare as the best solution for their home care management needs. We’re looking for a proactive,Â
results-driven professional with experience in B2B SaaS sales who can connect with decision-makers andÂ
thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, qualify, and develop a pipeline of potential clients in the homeÂ
care industry, primarily focusing on SMBs.Â
• Conduct Demos and Presentations: Effectively communicate the value of AxisCare’s softwareÂ
through engaging product demos, webinars, and one-on-one presentations tailored to theÂ
prospect's needs.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding theirÂ
pain points and long-term goals to provide tailored solutions.
• Drive the Sales Cycle: Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, includingÂ
negotiation, overcoming objections, and ensuring a seamless onboarding transition.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing toÂ
AxisCare’s revenue growth and market expansion.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teamsÂ
to ensure customer feedback is heard and to optimize the sales process.
• Pipeline and CRM Management: Track all sales activities in CRM, ensuring data accuracy andÂ
providing regular updates to the Sales Director on pipeline status.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the SMB segment. Experience in theÂ
home care or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to connect withÂ
stakeholders at all levels and convey value clearly.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, with a knack for closingÂ
deals and understanding customer pain points.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM tools (Gong, HubSpot) and conducting remote demosÂ
(e.g., Zoom).
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive towards goalsÂ
with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions
• Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
• Utilization of Microsoft Office 365, HRIS system and email to perform job functions.
Compensation and Equipment
• Salary (TBD based on job experience and skill level)
• Medical insurance is covered in full for the employee (Medical, Dental and Vision)
• Company will provide laptop and other needed computer equipment.
