SMM Design Lead

We are seeking a highly creative SMM Design Lead to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in developing and executing visual content strategies across various social media platforms, specifically focusing on sports and casino promotional campaigns. You will lead the creation of visually compelling content that enhances brand visibility and engagement, while ensuring the visual consistency of our social media presence.

As the SMM Design Lead, you will collaborate with marketing and social media teams to produce eye-catching graphics and multimedia content. Your creative expertise will help define our brand's voice and visual identity on social networks, supporting key promotional campaigns and partner activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of visual content for social media platforms, ensuring all designs are in line with the brand's tone and effectively engage the target audience.
• Design visual materials for sports promotional campaigns on social networks, optimizing designs for different formats (posts, stories, reels) to maximize engagement.
• Develop visual materials for casino promotional campaigns, ensuring the content reflects the excitement and entertainment value of casino marketing.
• Oversee branding across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity, including profile images, banners, and post templates.
• Support partner activation projects, creating compelling visuals that enhance the visibility and effectiveness of partner and sponsorship campaigns.

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work in social media design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar design tools.
• Experience creating promotional materials for sports and/or casino marketing is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform-specific best practices, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
