Position Title: ServiceNow Developer, ITBM/ITSM

Location: Tulsa, OK. Telecommuting Permitted. Up to 25% domestic travel required.

1. Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver technology and solutions to support both internal business operations and customer facing products and solutions.
• Transition current IT request management and portfolio management process into ServiceNow ITBM and continue onboarding of additional ITSM and ITBM capabilities as requested by the business.
• Provide documented designs and see them through to implementation either by an individual development or by SageNet's designated partner.
• Work closely with the various SageNet technical teams to help design and enrich the infrastructure and applications that support customers and business operations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization of work.
• Set and maintain standards for work and development within the ServiceNow platform related to the area of focuses.
• Help drive value for SageNet through better utilization of ServiceNow platform.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage the overall lifecycle of SageNet's ServiceNow environment.

1. Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field, plus 5 years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow; OR
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field, plus 3 years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow.

• Special Skills Required:
• Experience in ITBM and ITSM ServiceNow modules;
• Developing and integrating the ServiceNow platform with external systems and vendors;
• Experience working in a sprint-based delivery model;
• ServiceNow Admin Certification;
• ServiceNow: Script Includes, ServiceNow: Business Rules, ServiceNow: ACLs, ServiceNow: UI Policies, ServiceNow: UI Actions, ServiceNow: Catalog Scripts, ServiceNow: Workflows, ServiceNow: Notifications, and ServiceNow: Custom Table Creations
• Experience with the following tools and technologies: JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, RESTful Services, SOAP, WebSphere, SQL, Flow Designer, JDBC Integration, LDAP/SSO, Orchestration, ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Mid Server Management, and Service Portal.
