Sr. Analyst, Digital Lifecycle Marketing
Primary Purpose: Responsible for leading and building reporting deliverables on Email & SMS channel performance, track weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs on channel performance, and inform omni-channel growth for Tapestry family of brands in North America.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Digital Lifecycle Marketing analytics to help us deliver great customer experiences across our marketing channels.
- Develop strong partnerships with the brand marketing and COE teams to successfully execute our strategic initiatives to take Email & SMS programs to another level.
- Become the expert on our team who understand the data sets and various sources of data available and required to build dashboards and provide comprehensive views from engagement to conversion for Email & SMS channels.
- In partnership with the Data/Analytics teams across the organization, identify efficient ways to build comprehensive views in Tableau (e.g., views into customer segmentation, demographics, product level highlights, shifts in channel behavior, etc.).
- Automate measurement and standardized Email & SMS reporting to cross-pollinate key learnings across Tapestry brands to share out with brand marketing teams.
- Identify key trends and/or issues within data sets and provide recommendations on improvements proactively with brand marketing and COE teams to drive business growth.
- Support Senior Director on pulling ad hoc data analyses for key strategic projects.
- Run Digital Lifecycle Marketing and Post-Purchase related ad hoc analyses as needed.

- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast paced and high growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in the use of database, business intelligence, analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker, Microstrategy, SAP, Snowflake, Big Query, SQL, Python).
- Familiarity with Email, SMS platforms and technologies (SFMC, Attentive).
- Ability to work with individuals at various levels across various departments.
An outstanding professional will have...
- Bachelor's degree in the field of business or marketing ideally.
- At least 3 years of Marketing Analytics experience.
- Experience with analyzing data and creating insights that translate into business strategy.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in support of CRM/Lifecycle campaigns.
- Proficient knowledge of SQL, HTML, ampscript, and other Email marketing tools are integral to success.
- Tableau experience preferred.
