Primary Responsibilities
As the Snr. Team Lead - Mobile/Web, you will play a pivotal role in leading our web and mobile development teams. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our developers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within set timelines. Your technical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation, fostering a collaborative environment, and achieving outstanding results.
- Lead and manage a team of web and mobile developers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
- Lead a range of engagement types that span research and UX strategy, design, and development. Projects may involve the design and development of custom applications and/or enterprise marketing technology platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Adobe)
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including architecture, design, and implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, and Flutter, and promote their adoption within the team.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scopes, requirements, and timelines.
- Develop project plans and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Identify project risks, issues, and needs and know when to loop in the appropriate team members from various disciplines - business stakeholders, strategy, experience design, digital design, business analysis, technology, QA
- Lead by example by actively participating in hands-on development tasks, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Assist the team in resolving technical challenges and provide expert guidance in problem-solving.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and career growth.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and product managers.
- Represent the team in meetings with stakeholders and contribute to strategic decisions.
