SOC Owner

Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access. 

As we enter the phase of accelerated growth, we are looking for SOC Owner to strengthen our Security Team.

• Maintaining Security Monitoring Tools 
• Support in Investigating Suspicious Activities 
• Coordinating activities between SOC Analysts and Vodeno teams 
• Optimising current rules and processes 
• Review procedures of investigation new alert types 
• Coordinating action plans related to detected alerts and incidents 
• Improving SOC team performance and maintain metrics 
• Reporting security operations to executive management

• Experience with working in Security Operations Center
• Knowledge of: Strong Authentication, Endpoint Security, Internet Policy Enforcement, Firewalls, Web Content Filtering, Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
• Knowledge of SIEM technologies
• Experience in designing and building security operations centers
• Incident management process development and/or incident management experience
• 5+ years working within the information security field with emphasis on security operations, incident management, intrusion analysis
• Experience with security device installations, configuration and troubleshooting (e. g., firewall, IDS, etc.)
• SOC automation development and cloud operations (e. g. Google) experience
• Ability to lead and communicate efficiently within a team environment
• Great customer service skills
• Technical writing skills
