Social Media & Marketing Executive

Are you an adventurous spirit with a knack for social media? Join us at our Regional Office in Johannesburg working alongside 9 amazing hotels and embark on a thrilling quest as our Social Media and Marketing Executive. No extensive marketing experience required – just a passion for discovery and a creative spark!

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content, including photos, videos, and written posts, to promote our hotels offerings, events, and activities.

Social Media Management: Manage and update the hotels social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others, with regular posts and updates.

Audience Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.

Monitoring and Analytics: Monitor social media channels for trends and user feedback.

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
• Degree in Digital Marketing/Social Media is advantageous
• At least one year experience in equivalent role is required
• Highly structured and ability to multi-task is essential
• Able to pay attention to detail even under a high pace working environment
• Experience in using business manager for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
• A creative spirit with an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Enthusiasm for travel, hospitality, and the resort industry is a huge plus!
