Social Buyer, Paid Media

What You'll Do Here:

• You will be responsible for launching, maintaining and reporting on paid media efforts on paid social, search and programmatic platforms.
• Effectively communicating needs to ensure the success of campaigns to the Senior media buyer, and the Manager, paid media.
• Accountable for any relevant communications internally and externally
• Daily monitoring and optimizing of active paid media campaigns
• Retain quality control and adherence to overall media plan objectives
• Assist in preparing and presenting documents for internal and external initiatives
• Actively participate in agency workshops (i.e.) ideation sessions, training, new business, research, etc.
• Be able to speak to the media plans and strategies developed 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paid media buying experience at a performance marketing agency
• Must have an understanding of paid media both on a qualitative and quantitative aspect
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and verbal/written communication skills
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite 
• Experience with managing workflows through project management software such as monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, etc
• Must have a strong eye for creative and overall marketing trends
• High level accountability of managing timelines and deliverables 
• Have a strong understanding of marketing best practices, testing methodology, and optimization
