About the Role:
As Mighty’s Social Content Creator, you’ll own the ideation, creation, editing, and scheduling of content for Mighty’s organic social channels, predominantly TikTok and YouTube. You’ll be joining our growing marketing team and reporting directly to our Creative Director while working closely with our CEO. As part of the role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of community management: from engaging with followers and answering questions about our service offerings, to commenting on relevant accounts and spreading brand awareness to build an engaging, educated network.Â
Your Mandate:
- Own the ideation, production, and posting of content across Mighty’s and our CEO’s TikTok and Youtube Channels
- Explore and experiment with other organic social channelsÂ
- Work cross-functionally with Mighty’s Growth, Client Experience, Marketing, and Product, and People teams to understand and help create content that supports their initiatives
- Write and copy-edit creative scripts and pitches for a variety of social postsÂ
Your Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar content-related roleÂ
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and how best to position our brand on the platform
- Creative thinking and ability to work under tight deadlines to create well-curated, relatable contentÂ
- Solid understanding of social media analyticsÂ
- Excellent writing skillsÂ
- Proficiency in editing TikTok videos in the apps natively
Onboarding Plan:
- In 30 days you will ideate and produce social content for Mighty brand and executive thought leadership
- In 60 days you will co-design a production process with Brand and Growth teams
- In 90 days you will spearhead a social campaign from idea to execution
