Social Creator, Napa

About this Role:

We are seeking talented and highly creative Social Media Content Creators to help us showcase our luxurious vacation homes through innovative social-first content. You’ll work closely with the Pacaso Marketing Manager and receive weekly content assignments and deliverables. Creators will be required to travel to homes in designated markets on a weekly basis to capture content. Applicants should be located in or within travel distance of Napa, California

Hours and Timeline:

This is an hourly contract position from July - September, 2023. This position requires a commitment of 8-10 hours per week, which includes one day (2-3 hours) dedicated to “on-set” filming at a rate of $25-$30 an hour.

Responsibilities:

• Create captivating social media content: Visit our stunning properties in your local area and produce high-quality social media content that aligns with Pacaso’s brand standards. This includes creating visually stunning photos, videos, and other media assets (eg. reels, GIFs, still photos) optimized for sharing on TikTok and  Instagram. Content creator is not expected to be featured in the content.

• Plan and execute on-set filming: Once a week, you will be required to be on-set to capture footage and create content. Depending on your location, you’ll be assigned homes located in key markets. You will be responsible for coordinating travel and production logistics.

• Highlight luxury real estate amenities: Work with the Pacaso marketing lead to conceptualize and produce content that showcases the unique amenities and features of our luxury real estate properties. This could involve capturing stunning views, highlighting interior design elements, or demonstrating the lifestyle associated with our properties.

Qualifications:

• Creative mindset: Possess a highly creative and innovative approach to content creation, with the ability to think outside the box and push boundaries to create exceptional social media content.

• Social media expertise: Experience in creating content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is highly desirable.

• Responsible and professional: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability in managing deadlines, scheduling, and overall project management.

• Deadline-driven: A proven record of delivery on-time and on-brief deliverables. Able to self-manage production timelines. 

• Strong visual storytelling skills: Have a keen eye for visual composition, lighting, and aesthetics. Experience in photography and videography is a plus.

• Tech-savvy: Possess a high-quality iPhone or equivalent smartphone and the ability to use it effectively to capture and edit photos and videos. Proficiency in relevant editing software and apps is desirable.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel: Be open to traveling to various locations within the designated regions for on-set filming. A reliable personal vehicle for transportation is required.
