Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Align and support executive communications on culture, employee experience, DEI, social impact, and engagement topics. Provide guidance to drive an environment where employees are engaged and able to perform at their fullest potential.
  • Collaborate on the overall social impact strategy and provide thought leadership, data driven insights, solutions, and keen understanding of the intersection of data sets to allow robust storytelling across employee experience and DEI data. Strategy should link culture, DEI, performance management, talent management, and talent development.
  • Maintain a cadre of preferred supplier and strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations to build relationships which enable the execution of CDK's DEI and social impact strategies.
  • Serve as Matrix Manager to Impact Teams - employee groups mobilized to execute on DEI and ESG commitments across key areas that enhance employee experience.
  • Partner with HR Technology team to access and analyze data to help identify trends, insights, and gaps to inform culture, DEI, and social impact strategies as well as relevant programming and interventions.
  • Evolve and manage CDK's philanthropic program/social impact strategy, aligning to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and ESG priorities.
  • Administer non-profit grants and projects to include processing donation paperwork, communications, and project management documentation.
  • Execute employee engagement and volunteerism events - both onsite and virtual.
  • Oversee CDK's global giving program, including Giving Tuesday.
  • Track, monitor, and communicate the social impact of donations and volunteerism across CDK.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Management team and Corporate Communications to integrate and embed DEI, corporate culture, and philanthropic initiatives across the business and share success stories that provide value to CDK employees.

  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal - and can navigate challenging conversations while being a steward of CDK's brand and culture.
  • Agile and adaptable - asks questions to gain understanding, creates plans to drive results, and executes with strong attention to detail.
  • 5+ years of work experience and demonstrated success as a collaborative project manager in systems and budget management.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Role is based in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Salary: $90K - $140K + Bonus
