Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking an experienced and passionate Social Impact Manager to lead our Social Impact function in India. This role will lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), sustainability, and community impact. You will work closely with the Head of Social Impact, the Cornerstone Foundation team, ESG and DEIB teams, and the HR team in India, along with diverse stakeholders across the business, to cultivate and nurture a strong culture of social impact.

In this role you will...

  • Collaborate with the Social Impact team and stakeholders to implement the Social Impact strategic framework and priorities across India.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to establish and promote equitable and inclusive hiring strategies that attract diverse talent.
  • Create and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Work with the Facilities team to implement sustainable practices in office spaces, aiming for better environmental outcomes.
  • Support corporate social responsibility efforts by coordinating community engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on DEIB, sustainability, and social impact to enhance employee knowledge and engagement.

You've got what it takes if you have...

  • 5 years of relevant experience in DEIB, sustainability initiatives, community impact, or related fields preferred
  • Strong expertise in DEIB and sustainability practices, particularly within the context of India.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration across departments and teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization
