The Role

As a Social Media Account Executive, you will work closely with clients to create, implement, and manage their social media campaigns. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will be crucial in developing content that resonates with audiences, grows brand awareness, and fosters meaningful connections.

SOCIAL MEDIA SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (AE)

  • Knowledge of social-first content development, organic content optimizations, trend identification & implementation, AP Style writing, proactive + reactive community management
  • General understanding of social media strategy, data analysis + reporting
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively with team members

CLIENT EXCELLENCE AND STRATEGY

  • Proactively identify media trends that are applicable to assigned clients
  • Proactively engage with users and accounts that are applicable to clients, in addition to fielding commentary on partnered Influencer content
  • Consistently have a pulse on content / channel performance

    PROCESS AND ORGANIZATION

  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once

Requirements:

Account Executive (AE)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, brand, or digital marketing working on large scale social communication campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of social media tools and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok
  • Adept at performing in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Profiency in Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation platforms
  • Brief creative teams, providing direction and helping to positively influence the work
  • Experience in identifying digital and social trends to showcase value-adds for clients
  • Identify areas to provide strategic value to client partners
  • Lead all monthly and ad hoc client calls and presentations, including the development of materials (call agendas, call recaps, etc.)
  • You'll bring to the role in-depth knowledge of social and digital media and a track record of producing high-quality client work through ROI driven social strategies and marketing plans
  • Act as the client champion; be their trusted partner + day-to-day lead for all aspects of their social marketing plan
  • Ensure on time execution and deployment of social campaigns
