Responsibilities:  

Develop and execute Cricket.com's social media strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.

Manage and maintain Cricket.com's social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and YouTube.

Find a compelling and engaging way to share our text, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience.

Monitor social media trends and analyze data to identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and video teams, to ensure our social media content is top-notch before production.

Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Build and manage relationships with influencers and other partners to expand our social media reach.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and tactics as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique characteristics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.

Strong writing and copy-editing skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling content (Hindi & English).

Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and think outside the box.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This job requires working on weekends and public holidays, but that will be compensated with offs on normal weekdays.
