In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our online community, drive engagement, share our customer’s stories, and directly contribute to the success of our innovative solutions by building our top-of-funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Copywriting & Thought Leadership: Craft impactful copy for LinkedIn, focusing on B2B product marketing and establishing thought leadership in the industry.
- Campaign Development: Design and implement effective social media campaigns that drive top-of-funnel lead conversion.
- Problem Solving: Proactively dive into challenges to find creative, data-driven solutions.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and foster community engagement through timely, relevant content.
- List Management & Segmentation: Oversee email/newsletter lists and campaigns via HubSpot, ensuring proper segmentation for targeted communication.
- Drip Campaigns: Develop content-driven drip sequences for events and product launches.
- Copywriting & Strategy: Lead the strategy and content creation for all email campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics (CTR, open rates) to assess performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ambition.
- Alignment with Core Values: Familiarize yourself with the Lunchbox Mission, Vision and Core Values and ensure alignment with your work approach.
Experience:
- 1+ years experience in online community management, specifically LinkedIn and Email
- Experience using Sprout Social or a similar social media management tool
- Experience using HubSpot or similar software
- Experience with B2B Enterprise software short-form copywritingÂ
- Experience developing full social strategy and calendar related to current campaigning and content rollouts
Job Details
- Hours: 25-30 hours per week
- Monthly Rate: $4,000 - $4,800 per month
- Availability: Must be available daily between 10 AM - 3 PM ET
- Future Opportunities: Potential for full-time employment and increased hours, with a corresponding salary adjustment, based on mutual interest and performance.
