About the role

Our Marketing Team continues to grow at Attain, and our Social Media Associate will be responsible for content creation and maintenance of our consumer facing social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook) for Klover. 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a social media and/or content creation role managing social channels for a consumer facing business 
• Degree in marketing, communications or other related field
• Excellent written communication skills that capture the voice of a brand and audience
• Ability to innovate ideas for channel engagement in new, creative methodologies that align with our consumer brand(s)
• Excellent time management skills 

What a typical week might look like

• Build and plan content (video/visual/written) for all consumer channel social media (Facebook/TikTok/Instagram/Twitter) campaigns to drive engagement 
• Execute content ideation, planning, production, and daily publishing on social media channels
• Work with influencers and UGC content
• Monitor post analytics for all channels, track reporting and identify areas of opportunity
• Actively engage our online community across all social media platforms
• Create engaging copy while ensuring brand consistency through tone and voice
• Report on social media metrics and KPIs
• Keep a pulse on the social landscape by tracking trends, social platforms, campaigns, and content and provide optimization recommendations
