Job Description

Building a team starts with valuing the team. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. And you’ll be part of a culture where everyone feels supported.

We also value sports. Not just because of the big wins and highlight-worthy plays, but because of the lasting impact sports can have: the lifelong lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring mentors; the priceless opportunities to play at the next level. Sports can change lives—that’s what we value.

Our team helps the world see sports differently through products that make it easier to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and do a lot more.

Role Impact/Duties & Location

We’re looking for a current student to join our Hudl Studios team this spring and continue through the 2023–24 school year as a social media and distribution intern. You’ll work closely with our social media specialist on copywriting and community monitoring. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the right assets are being delivered to internal and external stakeholders and all partnership obligations are being fulfilled.

You Are
  • Well-written and engaging. You are quick with sports knowledge and cultural wit. You can craft an engaging message that fits within brand and style guidelines.
  • Social media savvy. You have a strong interest in social media and experience posting on various platforms. Managing accounts other than your personal account is easy for you.
  • Dedicated to video content creation and distribution. You follow sports media outlets and other content creators to get inspiration.
  • Creative. You think outside the box. You get excited about the newest app updates and how content can be tailored to them.
You Will
  • Nurture communities. You’ll respond to and engage with our audience to help them amplify our brand message through content.
  • Make data-driven decisions. You’ll measure audience engagement and use the results to adjust timing and content.
  • Collaborate with producers and creative leads. Be ready to push yourself and our content to the limits by constantly thinking of new ways to present amateur sports video.
  • Publish content. You’ll help build and follow an editorial calendar to publish video and other assets across Hudl and social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
We Will
  • Ask you to make an impact. You're part of the team—that means you'll have real responsibilities. We want to hear what you think and see what you can do.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But even if you’re taking advantage of the opportunity to work remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
  • Develop your career. On top of working alongside some of the best professionals in the business and gaining real-world experience, we’ll give you extra opportunities like lunch-and-learns and access to curated libraries to round out your internship.
  • Support your wellbeing. You’ll have an entire team on your side to give advice and provide answers to your questions, plus more resources like topic-specific Slack channels and employee resource groups. In short, we have you covered.
