How You Will Make an Impact

  • Social Media Coordinator will write engaging, current, and accurate social media posts and marketing content.
  • Support the planning, ideation, creation of social media content. Reporting, gaining approvals and helping with presentations if needed.
  • Social Media Coordinator will assist with streamlining company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities
  • Daily Customer Messages - Clarabridge/IG Direct Messages. Weekly engagement on all posts (celebrities, etc.)
  • Social Media Coordinator will support the creation of Instagram reels or TikTok videos as needed.
  • Regularly research latest marketing and social media trends and find best ways to promote our brands.
  • Social Media Coordinator will participate in brainstorming sessions with internal social media team to establish content ideas and plan for social media marketing calendar. Maintain social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2-5 years of experience in the digital marketing field.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Experience with Social Media scheduling/listening/engaging tools: (Such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of grammar including usage and punctuation.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as working independently on projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
