Job Summary

Hillman is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage their brands' social media content and deployment. This person will be responsible for developing both short-term and long-term KPIs, managing media engagements and influencer management, and ensuring each brand is accurately portrayed across social media accounts. The Social Media Coordinator will partner with stakeholders across the company to ensure that each brand is in alignment with sales goals and other company initiatives.

Essential Job Functions *

1.Manage communities via social platforms, including responding to customer messages, comments, and inquiries - engaging internally cross-functionally with the correct parties to ensure customers receive responses in a timely and efficient manner.

2.Proactively seek customer feedback/brand opportunities to raise internally, capturing VOC data to fuel

Hillman's product evolution and innovation strategies.

3.Develop and maintain a media list, influencer list, and other PR outlets for distribution when needed.

4.Develop and maintain social media calendars, influencer engagements, and shipping of samples/tracking to creative completion. Ensure marketing campaigns are in line with other business objective timing, product launches, etc.

5.Plan social media content, keeping in mind algorithm/content type shifts, audience engagement, and business objectives to ensure captivating and engaging content is posted consistently across the Hillman brands' social media accounts.

6.Manage analytics around consumer sentiment and social media KPIs, to share internally and communicate the value/goals of digital marketing in alliance with business objectives.

7.Ensure content is created specific to each platform, ensuring content is generated with each platforms' unique audience in mind.

8.Develop comprehensive creative briefs for internal/external designers.

Education & Experience• Bachelor's degree required.• 1-3 years in social media management preferred.• Working technical knowledge of social media analytics tools, sentiment analysis tools, and social media scheduling tools.• Expertise working with Microsoft Suite of tools: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook• Experience with digital commerce is highly preferred.• Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment• Previous experience working in a team would be beneficial

Competencies - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Social Media Strategy: Ability to develop social media strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.• Content Creation: Proficiency in creating social media content, such as copy, graphics, and videos, that align with brand voice and style.• Community Management: Ability to manage online communities across various social media platforms, including engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and monitoring feedback.• Analytics: Ability to track and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and sentiment, to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.• Influencer Management: Experience in identifying and working with influencers, bloggers, and other industry experts to promote brands and products.• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneously, with experience in planning, executing, and tracking campaigns to meet objectives.
