The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and experience in creating engaging content that drives traffic and increases engagement

We specialize in the export of food, beverage, and nutrition items - some of the world's most famous brands - to 70+ countries. We are headquartered in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago in a renovated warehouse loft with access to the incredible West Loop food scene and walkable from 3 El lines (Blue, Green and Pink) stations. We believe in creating a collaborative team environment by hosting weekly happy hours, stocking our shelves with snacks and beverages from our brand partners, and providing our employees a monthly stipend for team social outings.

Responsibilities:
- Drive brand awareness across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok Channels
- Create & maintain monthly content schedules.
- Generate awesome, innovative content ideas (Static & Video)
- Deliver clear content instruction to in-house creative team.
- Create fun & creative copy consistent with brand tone.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager for influencer outreach & coordinating PR packages.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to utilize social management platform through social listening & weekly analytics reports.
- Create & distribute weekly social analytics reports.
- Analyze & understand industry trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- BS in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience managing Instagram & TikTok social accounts.
- Creative talent - always bringing new ideas.
- On trend - awareness of current industry & TikTok/Instagram trends.
- Previous experience working with Hootsuite or similar social management platform.
- Self-motivated individual that is excited to work on an emerging brand.
