We have over 500 staff, and operate multiple award-winning B2C brands including Racing Post, MyRacing, Soccerbase & Free Super Tips in the UK. In the US we operate Pickswise & Fantasy Alarm. Our other businesses in the group are ICS-digital and ICS-translate. Our global B2B division provides sports betting and fantasy sports content, media partnerships (including a joint venture with Spanish publisher, AS) & much more.
Job purpose:
To help grow the Pickswise audience by creating engaging sports betting content across our channels.
Accountabilities:

• Cover live sports (NFL, NBA, NHL etc.) for Pickswise across various social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Work across multiple digital media - creating content, graphics, and video
• Help support, create, and develop new content strands
• Drive conversation by promoting and reacting to key sporting and betting moments
• Ensure all content is on brand with the correct tone of voice to create personality at all times
• Support other teams within the Pickswise team from ideation, production, and editing
• Channel monitoring, user interaction, and listen to our social media audiences, engaging frequently
• Monitor and track performance of posts, assist with daily preparation of reports, analysis, and share data as directed
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the social content calendar, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication
• Research industry best practices and techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our efforts
• Be responsible for high end TikToks and have the ability to identify and create viral moments

Requirements
Essential experience, skills and qualifications:

• A strong understanding of sports, betting and odds is essential
• Passionate about creating sports betting related content
• Ability to be creative and engaging in written communication
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Experience in audience engagement and posting across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
• Understanding of social media platform best practices and algorithms

• Ability to write headlines, descriptions, keywords and strong attention to detail
• Must be available to work weekends/overtime when big sporting events are occurring
• Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Experience and ability to create and produce quality TikToks from ideation to editing
• Proven fluency of TikTok and ability to navigate through all nuances of the app
• Must have link or portfolio of previous pieces of work for TikTok
