Social Media Influencer
Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Social Media Influencer/Creative Content Associate you will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers and team members of Adams Hometown Market to identify key topics to share while cultivating current stories and programs. You will be responsible for creating all digital content for Adams Hometown Market.
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple social media accounts and implementing a strategic marketing strategy across all social media platforms
- Managing Adams Hometown Market postings social accounts including but not limited to - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, Linkedin, TikTok etc
- Engaging with users on social media accounts and providing responses to all messages and inquires on the various platforms
- Creating all content for social media, event marketing collateral, program marketing collateral and any additional digital content
- Strategically engaging with social media audience while working to increase engagement and gaining new followers
- Ensuring all digital content is up to date, relevant and accurate - including all social media platforms and associated Adams Hometown Market websites
- Updating content on the company website and relaying content updates to web team ensuring changes are implemented and current
- Building relationships with new partners, sponsors and volunteers within the community across digital platforms
- Building a community brand across all digital media platforms
- Producing creative graphics and written content for marketing materials such as press releases, social media graphics and video needs
- Planning and developing social media campaigns
- Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met accordingly
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Environment:
- Office - approx. 65F - 70F
Schedule:
- Insert appropriate schedule
Experience:
- Required: Two+ (2+) years experience in Canva
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or two - five (2-5) years experience in relevant field
- Preferred: Proficiency in digital software such as Adobe Acrobat Pro etc
- Preferred: Two+ (2+) years experience managing multiple social media platforms for a company/brand
Skills:
- Physical abilities: Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc;
- Strong communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis
- Organizational Skills: Ability to fulfill executive directions in a timely manner; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Working in a team based environment: Working independently and as a team player
- Quality: Maintain integrity and high standards from all perspectives
- Safety Culture: Maintain and drive safety policies; driving for accountability of safe practices throughout shift
