Job Skills & Responsibilities:

Our Social Media Marketing Intern will work directly with the Social Media Managers (SMMs) on their client accounts. The SMM Intern role involves:

  • Assisting SMMs with the execution of social media campaigns
  • Setup and optimize social platforms for native social platforms and search engines, as needed
  • Create, schedule, and optimize social content and ongoing social content updates on behalf of clients
  • Execute against brand listening objectives - interactions/responses to social opportunities and review sites
  • Report social KPIs to DPMs in a cohesive manner showing value and strategic direction
  • Continuous training and learning

Accountabilities• Social Media Marketing Interns are accountable for performing assigned work accurately, efficiently and in accordance with department procedures in a timely manner. Working under close supervision of the SMM management team, Social Media Marketing Interns will work with SMMs directly on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:Ongoing or completed education in marketing or a related field. Experience in previous marketing or PR roles preferred but not required.
