About the Team

The Everclear team is remote first and globally distributed, with English as primary language. We are looking for self-starters who are excited about building an industry first technology while working with talented crypto team members located all over the world!

The Everclear Foundation seeks an experienced and data-driven Social Media Lead to increase awareness, educate core audiences, and accelerate growth for the Everclear brand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, executing, and continuously optimizing a world-class social media funnel. Your day-to-day will include conceptualizing and rolling out content across social channels, including X, LinkedIn, and more.

You’ll work cross-functionally to build a comprehensive social media strategy that spans partner marketing, announcements, product marketing, memes, video repurposing, and educational material. You will be expected to independently drive initiatives, actively experiment with content approaches, and educate the organization on the impact of social media.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, growth-obsessed, self-starter who strives for excellence in everything they do. You are passionate about the power of crypto, steeped in web3 communities, and believe in the promise of abstracted blockchain technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Deployment: Ideate, create, and distribute compelling content across various social platforms to engage different target audiences, from degens to institutional clients.

Multi-channel Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy tailored for the web3/DeFi space, targeting both consumer and institutional audiences.

Experiment and Optimize: Use content analytics and social listening tools to experiment, track performance, and iterate on content strategies based on data insights.

Manage Emerging Channels: Proactively identify and stand up new channels to reach and engage untapped audiences.

Visual Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching static and dynamic visuals.

Amplify Ecosystem News: Work cross-functionally to amplify and curate ecosystem-related news to increase Everclear’s brand presence.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in social media/content marketing, including at least 2 years in the Web3/DeFi space.

Content Mastery: Skilled in short-form content creation with the ability to write for both Web3 retail (degens, traders) and institutional/regulated audiences.

Data-driven: Demonstrated expertise in using analytics and social listening tools to run experiments, drive strategy, and optimize performance.

Adaptability: Experience working across fast-paced environments with both technical and creative teams.

Deep Web3 Knowledge: Understanding and passion for crypto-native culture and the dynamics of DeFi.

Collaboration and Communication: Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively under pressure, and clearly communicate the impact of content initiatives.
