Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for mining our company’s social media accounts to identify and engage potential business leads. Your efforts will support our sales goals by turning social media interactions into actionable business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive Cambria sales through Inside Sales Lead Qualification 

  • Lead Mining: Continuously monitor and analyze our company's social media channels to identify potential leads and business opportunities. Use social listening techniques to spot relevant conversations and interactions.

  • Engagement: Engage with potential leads through direct messages, comments, and interactions. Build relationships and initiate conversations that can lead to new business prospects.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their engagement, interests, and potential value. Prioritize leads that align with our sales targets and business goals.

  • Lead Handoff: Assign qualified leads to Field Sales team members through Salesforce and follow up via phone, Slack and email to ensure complete handoff and pickup.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and statuses in Salesforce, our lead management system. Track lead generation metrics and provide regular reports on performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales teams to understand lead requirements and ensure alignment between social media lead generation efforts and field sales strategies. Share insights and updates to support the team’s success.

Influence Cambria sales through support of marketing initiatives in the social media sphere

  • Content Integration: Collaborate with the content team to create and share targeted content that attracts and nurtures leads. Ensure content is aligned with lead generation strategies and sales objectives.

  • Campaign Support: Assist Digital Marketing in the design and execution of social media campaigns aimed at generating leads. Track campaign performance and provide feedback to optimize future efforts.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools. Apply insights to enhance lead generation strategies and stay ahead of market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage colleagues and customers via outbound calling campaigns and digital written platforms (e.g. Gmail and social media platforms).

  • Outstanding communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and engaging potential leads.

  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Tik Tok) and their lead generation capabilities.

  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar field

Experience: Minimum of one year of proven results in social media marketing, lead generation or inside sales

Systems: Google Suites, Salesforce, Slack, Concur 

Additional Requirements:

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required 

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials. Requires lifting and handling of event set-ups and take-downs. Requires telephone and computer use.
