Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Remote Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media a deep understanding of various platforms and the ability to engage our audience with compelling content. As a Social Media Manager you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across all social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Content Creation & Curation:
β’ Develop create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms including Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram and emerging platforms.
β’ Curate relevant content to reach the companyβs ideal customers.
β’ Create visually appealing graphics and videos that reflect the AI Apply brand.
β’ Strategy & Planning:
β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness engagement and website traffic.
β’ Plan and manage social media campaigns to align with business goals and marketing initiatives.
β’ Monitor trends in social media tools applications channels design and strategy.
β’ Community Management:
β’ Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
β’ Foster positive relationships with our audience and industry influencers.
β’ Analytics & Reporting:
β’ Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
β’ Prepare regular reports on social media performance and share findings with the marketing team.
β’ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach engagement and conversions.
β’ Collaboration:
β’ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.
β’ Work with content creators designers and other team members to produce high-quality content.
β’ Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
β’ Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficient in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
β’ Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
