Social Media Manager - SaaS Cloud Data Infrastructure
Location: Boston Seaport – Hybrid (3 days)
Role Overview
Nasuni is hiring a Social Media Manager to own and scale our global social presence across modern and emerging platforms.
This is a builder role for someone who operates at the intersection of strategy execution and storytelling not just publishing content but shaping how Nasuni shows up in the market.
You will translate complex cloud infrastructure narratives into compelling high-performing content while driving measurable growth across LinkedIn X Instagram YouTube and emerging platforms like Reddit.

Level & Scope Definition
- Own end-to-end social strategy and execution
- Operate with high autonomy over content channels and experimentation
- Drive growth engagement and brand storytelling performance
- Partner across Communications Creative Product Marketing and Demand Gen
- Balance creative instinct with data-driven optimization
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Nasuni’s global social media strategy across key platforms
- Create and publish original content (short-form campaigns storytelling)
- Provide creative direction to internal teams aligned to social performance
- Build and scale a multi-platform content engine
- Drive measurable growth in audience engagement and brand reach
- Expand into emerging platforms and test new formats
- Partner cross-functionally to amplify campaigns and customer stories
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize content strategy
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation testing and insights
- Build scalable workflows for content repurposing and experimentation
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4–8 years in social media content or digital marketing
- 1-2 year experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS ecosystem
- Proven ownership of social strategy + execution with high impact results
- Experience driving measurable growth (engagement reach audience)
- Hands-on experience across LinkedIn X Instagram YouTube and Reddit
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to amplify brand content across social channels including customer and employee storytelling or company announcements
- Experience as a content creator (not just manager)
- Experience using AI tools in content workflows
Preferred
- B2B SaaS within cloud B2B Software Data Infrastructure Backup Security AI/ML ecosystem experience
- Experience working with creative teams or agencies
- Executive or brand storytelling experience
- Experience supporting employer brand or recruiting marketing initiatives (e.g. promoting hires talent communities or culture content on LinkedIn/social)
Ideal
- Built or scaled a B2B social program from early-stage to maturity
- Strong narrative instincts and brand voice development
- Experience connecting social to broader marketing impact
- Coordinated Social Media programs with Channel Partners and Cloud Alliances such as Microsoft Azure Amazon AWS OCI or GCP.
Experience Guidelines
- 4–8 years total experience
- 2+ years owning SaaS B2B social programs end-to-end
- Portfolio required (content + campaigns)
