Role Summary: 

As a Social Media Manager at The Wolfe Companies, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the CMO, digital director, and VP of marketing to determine the goals and long-term direction of our social brand. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy 
• Define short-term and long-term goals 
• Create and curate content that’s relevant and engaging 
• Engage with customers and followers across all social channels 
• In tandem with the email marketing, blog, and ad creators, maintain a content calendar 
• Measure the success of every social media campaign 
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies 
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc. 
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams 
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization 

• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network 
• Analyze and provide reporting to key stakeholders

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role 
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Tik Tok and other social media best practices 
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics 
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research 
• Good understanding of social media KPIs 
• Creative problem-solving skills 
• Good time-management and organizational skills 
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
