What you'll do:

• Creating engaging and high-quality content tailored for different social media platforms

• Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign success

• Using your excellent writing skills to craft posts and interact with followers and community members

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices

• Creating and implementing a social media strategy communication plans and C-level positioning

• Building a community around our brand

• Analysing and improving our social media strategy based on data

• Strategizing Drafting creating finalizing and cross-checking text picture and video content for social media communication

• Advising internal stakeholders on social media communication activities as well as creating and updating guidelines and briefing materials

Ideally you'll bring with you:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience managing brands across social media either in-house or at an agency

• Extensive experience executing social media campaigns and managing social media on Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and Facebook

• Proven experience in social copywriting

• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2)

• High level of creativity and ability to develop innovative content ideas

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and teams

• Ability to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media design tools and applications

10000 zł - 15000 zł a month

- The proposed budget stands for a B2B contract (+VAT) including unlimited PTO benefits package and ESOP.

- A Contract of Employment is also an option that is available after specific calculations.
