Social Media Manager Location: Remote Department: Marketing & Communications Reports to: Head of Marketing / Brand Director About the Role Were looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our brands digital voice across platforms. Youll be the architect behind our online presencecrafting compelling content building community and driving engagement that translates into real-world impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals Create curate and schedule engaging content (text image video stories reels etc.) Monitor respond to and grow community engagement across all channels Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal reach and impact Collaborate with design marketing and product teams to align messaging Stay ahead of platform updates algorithm changes and emerging trends Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns Prepare monthly reports with insights wins and recommendations Requirements Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations Strong writing editing and visual storytelling skills Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics Sprout Social etc.) Ability to adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and platforms Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail Bonus: Experience with paid social campaigns and A/B testing What We Offer A collaborative creative work environment Opportunities for growth and professional development Flexible work arrangements A chance to shape the voice of a brand that values authenticity and innovation
