Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to help take our social media program to the next level, managing the dialog with customers, prospects, partners, and prospective employees in support of corporate activities and different markets such as supply chain, asset reliability, sustainability, CRM, and others.
The ideal candidate will have experience building social media strategies that support an industry-leading organization, executing organic and paid campaigns, managing online communities, and understanding the best technologies/platforms available. The successful candidate is data-driven, thrives in bringing order to ambiguity, is a self-starter, and has a keen ability to adapt quickly and support others through complex situations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale global social and influencer strategy for LinkedIn.
- Manage corporate social channels, execution, and delivery of content and engagement.
- Scale our social media function as we grow, working closely with various teams such as Alliances, Products, Sales, and Executives.
- Develop and roll out employee and executive social strategy.
- Work closely with the brand team and ABM teams to develop and deploy organic and paid social campaigns.
- Develop and roll out an influencer strategy and engagement plan.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and make recommendations for creative campaigns.
- Work closely with internal partners to ensure cross-promotional efforts remain on-brand.
- Drive internal employee engagement to further brand advocacy.
- Must Have Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years in content marketing and social media marketing, in-house or at an agency.
- Experience leading social media channels and working on creative social media campaigns for a cloud company.
- Experience with social media publishing, listening, and analytics tools.
- Experience working with internal teams and leadership to create regional and functional social media promotion strategies and growing a follower base.
- Ability to turn social measurement into insights and create relevant, data-backed reports, compile results and provide recommendations.
- An analytical approach, with the ability to quickly identify trending topics and know when to engage.
- A clear writing style and voice, with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Collaborative mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building relationships within the team and across stakeholder teams.
- Understand B2B technology advertising. The candidate does not need to be a B2B expert, but they must understand the differences between B2B and B2C advertising.
- Attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

- Salary range: $108,000 - $125,000 USD.
