Social Media Manager
Job Description
A fintech client is seeking a Social Media Manager (Full-time, Remote). In this pivotal role, you will engage with our audience across diverse social media channels, driving brand awareness and community engagement. Collaborating closely with our photo and video team, you will ensure the creation of high-quality, impactful content that resonates with our target market. Your expertise will help shape our social media strategy and contribute to our mission of simplifying global payments and financial operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
- Collaborate with the photo/video team to ensure high-quality content capture at events.
- Assist in creating engaging campaign content, including copywriting and project management.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy and improve engagement.
- Support influencer marketing initiatives as needed.
- Adapt quickly to random campaigns and shifting priorities, demonstrating agility and a willingness to learn.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Previous experience in social media management, preferably with agencies or B2B brands.
- Familiarity with all major social media channels; experience with influencer marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in on various tasks.
