Job Description
Reports to: Senior Director, Thought Leadership and Corporate CommunicationÂ
Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $100,000 to $120,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:Â
Huntress is looking for our first Social Media manager to drive engagement with Huntress’ social media platforms. Through clever copy and a keen eye for trending topics and news-jacking opportunities, the Social Media Manager will grow and expand on Huntress’ social media presence, and grow our brand footprint via relevant, timely, relatable and entertaining content.Â
We have a strong customer and fan base and we’re looking for you to continue to engage with this community as well as introduce a thought leadership element our brand and products. We’ll look to you to continue to build greater brand awareness and create more positive customer engagements. This is a highly cross-functional role and you’ll be able to collaborate and work with individuals across the organization. Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Manage and expand Huntress’ social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook), supporting and growing the current social media strategy
- Expand our social media presence by crafting new posts, ensuring our content is properly distributed across social media channels and identifying and engaging with key influencers in the space
- Regularly perform social media listening to discover how and where others are mentioning our product and brand, including on additional platforms (i.e. Reddit)
- Ensure all social media content adheres to the brand tone/voice
- Actively engage with and grow following across Huntress’ social media channels
- Manage requests from stakeholders for social media content, working with the design team as needed
- Work cross-functionally with the paid social media team to organize and execute strategic campaigns
- Manage the newsroom page content on Huntress.com
- Track and report on social media performance
What You Bring To The Team:Â Â
- 5+ years experience in social media management (B2B experience a plus)Â
- Experience with managing social media platforms on HubSpot a plus
- The ability to create short, punchy, clever copyÂ
- Knowledge of social listening best practices
- Cyber knowledge is a plus!
- A basic understanding of creating graphics using templates in Figma a plus
- A great sense of humor and love of memes
