ThinkMarkets seeking a data-driven Social Media Manager to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Limassol. You will play an integral role on the Marketing team as the owner of our social media strategy and external brand voice across social platforms. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose, and execute innovative social media programs, and establish best practices for ThinkMarkets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all brand and global social media platforms and marketing campaigns to ensure consistency of messaging across global markets (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Develop and own goals and performance metrics for organic posts and media campaigns; optimize and monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Build brand awareness by partnering with marketing, sales, and operations team members to create quality and engaging content
- Execute social media marketing efforts on a regional basis
- Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
- Explore and evaluate emerging content platforms and tools to build strategies for implementing effective campaigns which drive ThinkMarkets’ communication strategy
- Stay abreast of the market to react quickly with relevant content
- Monitor how the brand is being mentioned on social media and engage with followers by responding to public and private messages
- Work with external third parties like agencies and influencers
- Create strategic and tactical social media calendars – keeping in mind brand consistencies, localized messaging, tone of voice etc.
- Own the relationships with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other primary/key partnerships for direct platform updates and optimization suggestions.
- Working with the CRM teams to monitor and optimize customer journeys and grow CLV/LTV for the business
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing within the financial services or trading industry
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
- Data-driven mentality to ensure optimal utilization of social media platforms, as well as campaign execution
- Experience in social media for international market(s) highly desired
- Agency experience a plus
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong attention to detail
- Highly collaborative – builds strong relationships internally and externally with a positive attitude
- Excellent knowledge of social media performance & KPI’s
- Familiarization and experience in using cross-platform publishing and scheduling platforms (such as Hootsuite) and social media listening tools such as HubSpot Social Media Management Software, Sprout Social and Falcon.io
