Job Summary 

The Beauty Bank is looking for a driven and creative Social Media Manager who will join our growing Public Relations team. This person will provide a distinct, professional voice for David Chung Enterprises across all social channels, including iLABS and Morae Packaging. This position will be responsible for developing social media strategies for each enterprise and collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to create, manage, and execute campaigns across all social media platforms. This person will maintain a strong social media footprint, interacting with customers and prospects in real-time, as well as tracking all campaigns for optimal performance. 

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for all DDC social media platforms
• Develop and maintain content calendar
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to develop and execute campaigns
• Build, track, and analyze campaigns to continually improve performance through key learnings
• Monitor and respond to comments/questions on social media platforms
• Stay up to date on social media best practices and trends, and adjust content accordingly and in a timely manner
• Create organic opportunities to build brand awareness and brand reputation through active storytelling
• Foster and maintain relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders and industry experts; proactively pitching when appropriate
• Encourage ideas that foster inclusivity

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant social media management experience, ideally in beauty
• Experience with video editing and photography on social media platforms on various editing applications 
• Understanding operational tools like content management, publishing, and community management
• High Level of proficiency with Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
• Creatively driven with strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Passionate about cultivating a digital brand voice, and tailored messaging to fit the appropriate social media platforms
• Multi-tasker with good Attention to detail
• Collaborative team player
