Social Media Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engage with our audience effectively. Duties - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms - Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase followers - Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in messaging - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Utilize graphic design and video editing skills to create engaging visual content - Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner Requirements - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, - Strong understanding of social media marketing techniques - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator - Experience with photography and video editing is a plus - Exceptional communication and writing skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field **MUST BE COMFORTABLE FILMING IN OPERATING ROOM** Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Marketing: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • San Antonio, TX 78248 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • San Antonio, TX 78248: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
