Social Media Manager

Job Overview We’re looking for a social media & Content Manager to lead, create, and manage our social media presence. This person will play a key role in shaping how people experience the NU Energy brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. If you're creative, trend-savvy, and hungry to help build a brand from the ground up, this role is for you. Job Responsibilities • Build and manage a cross-platform content calendar • Develop and execute launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and community-based content • Research industry trends, competitor behavior, and audience preferences • Design and produce engaging content (short-form video, photo, graphic, written copy) • Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar for editing • Write compelling captions, product messaging, and on-brand social copy • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in real-time • Cultivate relationships with micro-influencers, local athletes, and brand partners • Contribute to brand voice development and tone guidelines • Use platform analytics to track reach, growth, engagement, and conversion metrics • Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights • Adjust content strategy based on performance data • Perform additional tasks as required by the manager Job Qualifications • 1–3 years' experience managing brand social media, preferably for a startup or CPG company • Portfolio or samples of previous social content (especially short-form video or branded storytelling) • Proficiency in content tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Buffer, or similar • Solid copywriting skills with a sense of humor and cultural awareness • Ability to take initiative and work independently while staying aligned with team goals • Experience with influencer partnerships, paid ads, or email marketing is a plus • Passion for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle products is highly valued Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
