Social Media Manager (Fully Remote)
Job Description
Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks a Social Media Manager. In this role you will report to Linkwell’s Director of Social Media and work with the editorial team to deliver high-quality social copy and improve social media performance for the biggest names in healthcare.
In this position, your key performance areas (KPAs) will include:Â
Advise Linkwell clients on organic and paid social media strategies for each platform
Establish and maintain good working relationships with counterparts at client organizationsÂ
Partner with the Linkwell editorial team to come up with creative ideas that bring the content to life in unique ways for each clientÂ

In this position, your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include:Â
Plan, manage, and schedule engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTokÂ
Write and optimize social media copy (language, tone, message) based on the client’s target audience’s behaviors and performanceÂ
Increase brand awareness and readership by using relevant marketing techniquesÂ
Build and manage paid Facebook campaigns to reach clients’ goalsÂ
Manage social media campaign budgets and adjust/optimize as needed, providing key recommendationsÂ
Work with the analytics team to interpret social metrics and identify key social media successes and opportunitiesÂ
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)Â
Manage the client approval process for social media content, including making edits to copy, graphics, and communicating updates with key team membersÂ
Keep updated on social media trends and new social platform updates to inform strategyÂ
Â
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar roleÂ
BA in Marketing or similar relevant fieldÂ
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practicesÂ
Familiarity with social media paid advertising, specifically Facebook Ads ManagerÂ
Experience with creating social videos (reels and TikToks) and animations with platforms like CanvaÂ
Good understanding of social media KPIsÂ
Excellent multitasking and time-management skillsÂ
Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skillsÂ
Team playerÂ
Great interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
