This role is an opportunity to take full ownership of social media strategy and execution for a fast-growing digital platform focused on retail discovery and promotions. You will be responsible for building engaging, high-performing content that connects consumers with relevant deals and drives measurable business impact. The position requires a strong understanding of the Brazilian digital landscape and the ability to create content that resonates across multiple platforms. You will work in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment where outcomes matter more than process. This is a hands-on role combining creativity, analytics, and experimentation, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys building and scaling social presence from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with a distributed team while operating with significant independence.
Accountabilities:
- Own and execute the social media and content strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan, create, and optimize content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and grow online communities while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring alignment with campaigns and business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on insights and trends.
- Monitor social media trends in the Brazilian market and apply insights to improve content performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment to support campaign execution and growth initiatives.
- Ensure content aligns with audience behavior, platform best practices, and engagement goals.
- Fluency in Portuguese with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Based in Brazil with strong understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to create engaging, performance-driven content and manage content calendars.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite for content creation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
- Strong sense of creativity, experimentation, and knowledge of what performs well on social platforms.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async, and fast-paced environment with high ownership expectations.
