About the Role – Social Media Manager for Web3 Gaming: As the Social Media Manager at ChainGPT for our new web3 game you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote our tap-to-earn game. Your role will focus on increasing user acquisition engagement and retention.

Your responsibilities include creating engaging content managing social media campaigns interacting with the gaming community and monitoring analytics to ensure our strategies are effective. This role demands creativity strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners contributing to our mission of innovation effective speed and growth in the blockchain and crypto landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for the web3 game’s social media platforms including Twitter Telegram and other relevant channels.

- Campaign Management: Plan execute and monitor social media campaigns to drive engagement and user growth.

- Community Engagement: Interact with the gaming community responding to comments and messages and fostering a positive and active online community.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to track progress and suggest improvements.

- Collaborations and Partnerships: Work with influencers gaming ambassadors and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the web3 game’s branding and messaging guidelines.

- Game Promotion: Lead the social media efforts to promote the tap-to-earn game create buzz and attract users.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the blockchain/Crypto industry.

- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and community management.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing social media platforms and content creation.

- Excellent communication creativity and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

- Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving orientation.

- Strong understanding of web3 humor and culture.

Employment Structure:

Compensation:

Cryptocurrency Payments: Compensation is provided in cryptocurrency (USDT BEP20) to align with our company's focus on blockchain technology. Payments are issued bi-monthly on the 1st and 16th of each month.

Probationary Period:

Initial Assessment: All new hires will undergo a 60-day probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility. During this time both the employee and ChainGPT can evaluate the employment relationship.
