A fast-growing, remote-first SaaS environment is seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to own and scale its digital presence. You will be responsible for shaping engaging content strategies across multiple social platforms, with a strong focus on the French market. The role combines creativity, analytics, and hands-on execution in a high-autonomy setting. You will work in a results-oriented culture where experimentation and speed matter more than rigid processes. Your mission will be to grow brand visibility, strengthen community engagement, and support user acquisition through impactful social storytelling. Accountabilities:
- Own and execute the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key platforms
- Plan, create, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and publishing cadence
- Build, engage, and grow an active online community around the brand
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously refine content strategy for better outcomes
- Identify trends, test new content formats, and drive experimentation to improve reach and engagement
- Fluent in French with strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Based in France
- Proven experience managing social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Strong understanding of French consumer behavior and digital trends
- Experience in content creation, campaign management, and community engagement
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working in a remote, async, and fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and performance
