Social Media & Marketing Content Specialist - Programmatic (Remote)
Job Description
Summary
Individual responsible for deepening social media strategies including both organic and paid efforts. Responsible for vetting, adding new and innovative social media strategies to BSMH recruitment efforts. Individual will own curating, generating, writing and sharing content on a consistent basis across brand media platforms. They will be responsible for working very closely with TA leaders including the Recruitment Marketing Manager and Leader of Talent Pipelines to create set up and support on-going Ministry wide recruitment initiatives across social and digital channels. This individual will own social media and content strategies and help enhance our employment brand. They will assist the Recruitment Marketing and Brand Manager with marketing designs and collateral creation. Individual will become a brand catalyst and help ensure future marketing efforts align with recruitment and consumer brand guidelines.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for developing content across social media strategies including both organic and paid efforts
- Own and drive cross platform recruitment marketing social media strategies including advertising, placement, results and metrics
- Individual will own curating, generating, writing and sharing content on a consistent basis across brand media platforms
- Responsible for executing all third-party social media advertising requests and campaign requests
- Create set up and support on-going Ministry wide recruitment initiatives across social and digital channels
- Assist in developing social media and content strategies that will help enhance our employment brand
- Assist Recruitment marketing leaders with collateral and social media content creation
- Ensure future marketing efforts align with recruitment and consumer brand guidelines and best practices
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:
- 4 year/ Bachelors Degree
Minimum Years and Type of Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment/employment brand marketing.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, lead through influence, and work with a wide range of stakeholders
