Salary: 5 500 - 7 000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
6 600 - 8 400 PLN net (B2B)
Location: Krakow (remote/Poland)

What you will do:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML)
- Build and consolidate Admind's positive brand image through social media
- Contact and maintain a dialogue with social media users
- Set up and optimize Admind profiles on the social media to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Monitor and analyse the interest of social media users in content related to Admind
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
We look forward to working together if:
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or as a Digital/ Social Media Specialist
- You have extensive knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Meta)
- You have some experience in ad campaigns (specifically Meta Ads)
- You have a solid understanding of the basics of SEO
- You have excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- You are a person with positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
Even better if:
- You have proven experience in B2B communication
- You are familiar with LinkedIn Ads
- You are experienced with Wordpress
