How You Will Make an Impact

  • Social Media Platform and Content Strategist will collaborate closely with the Brand Management team to understand and translate brand marketing messages into impactful digital content strategies.
  • Craft compelling and on-brand content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., aligning with the overarching brand strategy.
  • Social Media Platform and Content Strategist will work collaboratively with the Digital team to optimize content for enhanced engagement and conversion rates, utilizing analytics and insights to refine strategies.
  • Ensure that content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual guidelines across all platforms.
  • Social Media Platform and Content Strategist will monitor industry trends and audience behaviors to adapt strategies and content formats accordingly.
  • Drive growth and visibility by exploring innovative content approaches and staying updated on emerging platforms.
  • Social Media Platform and Content Strategist will remain up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that content is fresh, relevant, and stops people in their scroll.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, English, marketing, digital communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing content within a digital environment.
  • Experience administering content for social media
  • Demonstrated success in digital or social media content strategy, translating brand marketing messages into engaging content.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Brand Management and Digital teams to optimize content for engagement and conversion.
  • Proficiency in creating content for various digital platforms, with a deep understanding of their respective best practices.
  • Experience with planning, management, execution, and measurement of all forms of digital
  • Strong organizational skills
