What You’ll Do
Location: Remotely from UNITED STATES - WEST COAST PACIFIC TIME ZONE
Reports to: Marketing Manager, Axon Studios
Direct Reports: 0
- Collaborate with team to execute on brand marketing strategy, growth and content, including social media calendar management.
- Manage social media channels: Post, listen and engage
- Ensure marketing, creative and internal studio projects move successfully
- Formulate, administer, and maintain detailed Project Plans, which will include all required activities, tasks, risks, issues and resources requirements, leading to a successful and timely implementation
- Track and analyze metrics data to discover meaningful relationships, anomalies, and trends
- Provide limited administrative support for team leadership (ie travel, expenses)
- Work alongside a small, dedicated, growth-driven team
- 5 years or more experience in marketing and social media and project management
- Experience in leading successful marketing projects. Included but not limited to: social, creative campaigns, display, retargeting, influencer and email campaigns.
- Ability to manage projects and initiatives independently
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Expertise in developing and using consistent brand voice across marketing channels.
- Solid understanding of the creative development process from conception to delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with additional digital marketing channels such as SEO, Website Management (CMS), CRM, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills using tools such as Google Analytics
- Stellar interpersonal spoken and written communication
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with technology, marketing and analytical tools, and a willingness to master tools that you don’t know
- An ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Bachelor's Degree

Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work
The Pay: The starting base pay for this role is between USD 70,000,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 110,000 in the highest geographic market. The range for this role is between USD 80,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 130,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
