Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage social media strategies for different brands
  • Create and share a variety of engaging content
    • Ability to create appropriate content for a variety of different audiences
  • Analyze and report on social media data, understand social KPI's
  • Coordinate with brand teams to align on priorities, messaging, and business pain points
  • Set up boosted social media content
  • Moderate company pages and third-party partnership content
    • Communicate with social followers professionally and in a timely manner
  • Stay on top of current social media trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Program or software experience (analytics, social media channels, Falcon.io)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment as individual and on a team
  • Professional communication and organization skills
  • Project management skills
  • Self-motivator and proactive work ethics

Education and Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of social media experience in a corporate or agency setting preferred

Preferred

  • Boosted / promoted social media experience (i.e. Meta, LinkedIn)

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $50,700 -- $137,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
