The Role We're Filling:

We're on the hunt for a Social Media Specialist with a passion for content creation—someone who's not only creative and strategic but also has a knack for connecting and engaging with communities. You'll be the maestro behind our social media presence, crafting and managing content that resonates with our audience, driving brand engagement, and shining a spotlight on our private label brand through smart strategies, eye-catching ads, and stellar content.

What You'll Do:

• Dream up and deploy our social media strategy, making sure it aligns perfectly with our goals.
• Whip up engaging content across all platforms, from breathtaking photos and videos to compelling written posts.
• Create buzzworthy signage and media content that looks just as good in-store as it does online.
• Be the ears and voice on our platforms, engaging with our community and sparking conversations.
• Stretch our reach through community and influencer collaborations.
• Keep an eye on the analytics, tweaking our strategy to keep us ahead of the game.
• Share your triumphs and learnings through regular reports to the team.
• Work hand-in-glove with our team to make sure our brand message is loud and clear across all channels.
• Keep projects on track with top-notch organizational tools and a keen eye for detail.

Who You Are:

• You're a social media maestro with a track record of success, armed with exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• A creative thinker who navigates social networking and analytics tools with ease.
• Curious about web design, development, CRO, and SEO? That's a plus in our book!
• Your expertise shines in videography, photography, and graphic design.
• You've mastered Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
• While comfort and familiarity with firearms are preferred, your willingness to undergo training if necessary speaks volumes.
• Your communication skills, whether written or verbal, are unparalleled.
• You've proven your self-motivation, time management skills, and ability to excel independently.
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, with a preference for candidates over 21.
• You're authorized to work in the United States and possess the legal capacity to handle firearms.
• Completing background checks and drug screenings is non-negotiable for you.
   

Position Details:

Full-time role, Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts and flexible scheduling.

This is a Full-Time Permanent, non-exempt position. This position includes an optional insurance package, 401K, Time off and perks package.
