We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist who can expand our social media footprint, enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Specialist will develop and administer social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between end users/influencers and the company. The successful candidate must also have design skills, and be able to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns. In addition, this role will run our employee advocacy platform to drive more employee engagement across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement organic social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI quarterly
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily 
• Develop a campaign calendar to align social pushes to key launches and events
• Grow employee advocates and manage our employee advocate platform
• Cross-collaborate with product, field and partner marketing, HR and others to develop and diversify social content
• Monitor and manage conversations and questions with followers
• Oversee social media accounts’ design and work with Brand to keep fresh

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist in the B2B space
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Experience in optimizing social content for LinkedIn, X and Reddit
• Hands-on experience in design (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Solid knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• BS degree in Marketing or a relevant field

Sumo Logic Privacy Policy

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $100,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
