BLN24 is looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance awareness and engage our target audiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, possesses a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and has a track record of successful social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand presence across various platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Ringba maintains a competitive edge in the social media landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Required Skills/Abilities & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
